Crossing the Line: Eurospectives is a two year project funded by the Leonardo Transfer of Innovation Strand of the EU Lifelong Learning Programme.


The main aim of Crossing the Line: Eurospectives is to develop and adapt an innovative DVD “Crossing the Line” – developed by URBEATZ in the UK for use in other target countries. The DVD will use input from young people in each of the partner countries and will be tested in close co-operation with the target group. 


The new product called ‘Crossing the Line: Eurospectives’ (CtL) will comprise of a DVD and accompanying workbooks.  Crossing the Line: Eurospectives will highlight the issues affecting young people in each of the participating countries providing a European perspective on youth culture, disengagement and engagement and will be targeted at VET trainers working with young people.

The Crossing the Line: Eurospectives project is led by the UK via Merseyside Expanding Horizons in partnership with URBEATZ, other partners are from Bulgaria, The Netherlands, Romania and Italy.

The Leonardo da Vinci programme

leonardoThe Leonardo da Vinci programme, part of the European Commission’s new Lifelong Learning Programme, aims to build a skilled workforce across Europe.

 

The programme is open to every organisation involved in vocational education and training.

 

All projects involve working with European partners and allow you to build European partnerships, exchange best practice, increase the expertise of staff and develop the skills of learners.

MEH is an organisation specialising in tackling social inclusion.
